Campo goes beyond profits, and the Campo Charity Foundation is dedicated to the well-being of people and animals in Africa, helping to preserve the most beautiful continent in the world.

Committed to well-being

Campo Charity Foundation is committed to supporting local organizations that work to promote and preserve the beauty of the African continent. By sharing both our knowledge and financial resources, we help these organizations grow their impact. We dedicate a portion of Campo’s profits to the foundation and raise additional funds with our running team during the Dam tot Damloop, the largest running event in the Netherlands. Together, we strive to make a lasting difference.

Projects we’ve supported

Each year, we raise funds for a different charitable local cause that supports people, animals, and nature in Africa. We are proud to have collaborated with the organizations below. If you know of a local African charity that aligns with our mission, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can make a greater impact on the communities we care about.

Disability Africa

Disability Africa does incredible work for disabled children across Africa, an incredibly vulnerable group often isolated from society and their peers. The charity has projects in Africa where disabled children come to play, receive essential medical, educational and parent support, as well as a warm meal.

Village of Hope

Village of Hope is a humanitarian non-governmental organization based in Ghana, whose mission is to save lives and serve humanity. They do this by providing child care, education, health care and vocational training. For more than 27 years, Village of Hope has been caring for orphaned and vulnerable children to give them a better future.

Tacugama

Of the hundreds of thousands of chimpanzees that once roamed our globe, only 5,000 remain in the wild. Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary is a beautiful organization in the middle of the rainforest of Sierra Leone that shelters (baby) chimpanzees in Sierra Leone who have lost their families and habitats to hunters.
