It’s time to meet another (relatively) new Campo team member!

Rose Leite has been with the team since September, diligently handling Campo’s finances, yet hasn’t been properly introduced to you. We’re very excited that Rose has decided to join Campo, bringing with her a rich background in commodity trading and a wealth of experience to our team. Working for various Brazilian exporting companies, she began her career as an international trade analyst and gradually moved into finance and accounting over time.

As our finance manager, her days are filled with numbers and spreadsheets. But when Rose steps away from the office, she also reveals quite a green thumb. Despite her house lacking a traditional garden, it’s an actual jungle of potted plants. Additionally, she has transformed the forest across her street into a thriving garden that now attracts visitors to soak in the serenity of the lush green gardens.

“I’m thrilled to have joined Campo”, says Rose. “Being a part of this team makes me feel part of something bigger. It’s not all about the profit. Yet, each company decision reflects genuine care for the people, the relationships, and the Campo Charity Foundation projects. This gives me a sense of purpose that motivates me on challenging days.”
